Welwyn Nutritional Therapy

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy follows holistic and Functional Medicine principles by taking an in-depth look into the way that your body functions. It considers root causes of recent or long standing issues, following an evidence-based approach.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine and not an alternative to medical care.

Nutritional Therapists work alongside medical practitioners and other healthcare providers.

Personalised Approach

Nutritional Therapy provides a personalised approach that focuses on identifying nutritional imbalances, to support your overall health and wellbeing.

I work with your specific goals, such as weight management, by providing personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations.

This personalised approach focuses on your unique needs and objectives which are central to the plan that we create together.

The Consultation

Before your consultation, you will receive a health questionnaire and food diary to complete. These will be carefully analysed before your consultation, to consider potential underlying imbalances.  Certain biochemical tests may be recommended for you.

During your consultation, we will consider recommendations for nutrition and lifestyle and tailor them to your unique needs.
